The Management Board is preparing the 10 Year Plan covering routine upkeep and planned works, plus suggested “Should Do” and “Could Do” opportunities for further improvements to our unique setting. Close engagement with all leaseholders will be required to arrive at an agreed position regarding the works to be carried out over the next 10 years and to allow budgets to be set.
